Women make up much of church memberships. They have unique needs, both spiritually and emotionally. Many are needs only another woman can appreciate and effectively address. This workshop teaches a biblical model that allows women to minister and disciple one another in areas specific to their needs. Building a safe, supportive structure of spiritually meaningful friendships in a church offers the direct, nurturing care all women—whether in crisis or seeking to mature their faith—need.
